How to get rid of pigments spots?

In my todays blogpost I would like to introduce you my latest serum, which I have tested and used for a few weeks now: the Discoloration defense from SkinCeuticals. It came out in September and as the name says itself, this serum is a highly effective treatment against hyper pigmentation including Melasma. What is Melasma? The pigment melanin defines hair, -eye and  skin colour from each human and certain  aspects from in- and outside like genetic factors, sunlight, hormonal changes or age can affect the melanin production. Melasma is a form of the hyper pigmentation, which affects particulary on the cheeks, nasal bridge, forhead and underlips and shows dark spots, but can also be seen on the skin which was exposed from the sunlight.

The Discoloration defense from SkinCeuticals reduces the occurence from persistent dark spots and balances the teint and lets the pigmentation, which were cause from acne, fade out or discolor. The result were clinical tested and already after two weeks you could see a significant improvement of your skin.

Dr. Sheldon Pinnell, the founder of SkinCeuticals, established the brand as a leading antioxidant skin treatment. With over 40 years of experience, research and development  for prevention of skin aging and skin cancer SkinCeuticals is a well known product. In Switzerland the SkinCeuticals products are only sold at exclusive dermatologists and plastic chirugist and in other countries they sell it also online or in the pharmacies.

To conclude my post about this fantastic product here the facts in summariness:

  • Features a synergistic blend of anti-discoloration ingredients to reduce the appearance of skin discoloration, improve brightness, and minimize the reoccurrence of discoloration (with continued use)
  • 60% average improvement in the appearance of stubborn brown patches
  • Paraben-, fragrance-, silicone-, gluten-, and hydroquinone-free
  • Ideal at-home complement to professional skin discoloration treatments, such as chemical peels or non-ablative laser; always consult with a physician for individual regimen recommendations

If your keen to try it, as you suffer also from dark spots than me check their webpage or ask your dermatologist. My pigment spots on my forehead are almost gone and I’m so happy with the results.

Enjoy your weekend.

X C.
